Local surfboard manufacturer and master shaper, Dan Bekis, has donated a brand new DJBee surfboard as part of the Duke Centenary Celebrations. This beautiful surfboard will be a rare collectors item and has the sort after Duke's Day logo kindly supplied by Ian Wallis of 'Surf Decal' designs. It will be personally signed by many of the Legends attending the Centenary celebrations. Tickets will only be available at the cocktail party and you must be there at the time of the draw to claim your prize. We expect that the draw will take place at about 8:30pm. Join us for Duke's Day cocktail party celebrations

Duke's Day 2015 will warm up with an Hawaiian themed cocktail party in Freshie's Heritage Room and adjoining garden alongside the board Duke Kahanamoku rode at Freshwater Beach on January 10th 1915.
We will hear from invited guest speakers, some of Australia's surfing legends like Midget Farrelly - the first ASP World Title Champion; The beautiful hula dancers return this year as the sunsets with tunes from The Shallows.
