Duke's Day, in association with Panasonic, is proud to announce the opportunity for an emerging film-maker to create a short film that will be played in Duke's Shorts Video Exhibition on on the big outdoor screen on the Saturday night, culminating the 100th anniversary of the Duke's visit. The best film-maker will be the winner of the amazing new state of the art Panasonic camera. |
The PANASONIC DMC-GH4AGN-K GH4 camera with 12-35mm F2.8 lens is valued at $2999. Finalists will have their films shown before "A Deeper Shade Of Blue”, in front of thousands of people, at the finale of the Duke's Day on Saturday January 10th, 2015.

Duke's Shorts guidelines are simple....
- Films to be 3-5 minutes
- Tell a story that includes "our community's love and respect for the ocean and the environment", and/or something that includes Duke Kahanamoku.
- Enter your high res QuickTime file of your film before December 19, 2014.
